Fresh Home Facade Design
Concrete Modern House Exterior With Balcony Decorative
Finding a home on display in Perth is relatively easy. Take a quick look at the weekends and you’ll see a list of available display houses for viewing. However, finding a home that has something unique in it is a very different task. This weekend I found one home among several other homes that had plenty of places to offer. Residential attitude that displays a house in Churchlands called The Viento is such a house. Making a mark in the Perth residential building industry is not an easy task. Today we have more builders than ever and showcase the thriving villages with the usual large volume builders and more and more newcomers.
I think this is a good credit for this company so they can present high design and excellence in the last few years by shaping something from a niche in the market with their modern home facade and The Viento is a great example of this. style. The design of this narrow block house has a striking height with an upward swept balcony ceiling that is held with a single steel column. Stainless steel arms and glass balustrades add interest while other steel and sandstone elements complement the color scheme well. This house is inviting and very attractive from the front of the road, that’s what you should expect from anything within this price range. Enter through the big entrance you will find the master suite to the left by dedicating his robe and hers with the right clothes.

The Ensuite shower break is big enough for two people and has a duel shower with a rainwater head mounted on the ceiling for people who want to be completely immersed in their bathing experience. Even neater is the lack of stoves, instead the bathroom has a small 10mm stack and a nice trench channel to collect water on the far side of the recess. The service arrogance was well appointed with double basin and two separate mirrors divided by an open central cabinet for easy access to daily items. Walk through the adjoining sundry room you pass a study large enough to be serious enough for a dedicated service house, where you can work and admire the Alfresco yard.
But this is where the house really makes a statement. Entering your main living room will find a good-sized kitchen, food and family with classes on each side making the room feel even bigger. On one side you have an open and open courtyard with a great BBQ entertainment area and on the other side you will find a narrow fish pond with a stunning wall that hangs a rusted metal display featuring natural stone and some small garden walls, from which some water outlet flows and two brightly lit fires. This is an innovative approach to narrowing life and definitely worth the visit just to see how well a narrow home design can be done. The garden wall is also equipped with Alfresco covered with herbs that can be used on steak or some other favorite foods easily accessible from the Kitchen.
The sweeping Alfresco ceiling retains a sense of openness that again helps you to forget that the beam is less than 12m. The upper floor has three bedrooms, two with walks in robes and the other with a cloak worthy of built. The line incorporates an ingenious desk area for children to learn. When it came time to get rid of the books, they also had their own special studio activity area including a great little kitchen. The studio activity area opens onto the front balcony, providing 2 areas where they can entertain their friends.
